Gert Jackson Community Library Receives Donation

The Grant Valkaria Community Association (GVCA) recently donated an outdoor book box to The Gert Jackson Library. The book box will serve as a drop box for returning books and donating material when the library is not open.  

GVCA would like to extend a thank you to Librarian, Michelle Hough-Bennett and all the wonderful volunteers who make The Gert Jackson Library successful. 

If you haven’t seen the renovated library, please stop by, check it out, and all the activities Michelle has lined up for the children. The Facebook page is Gert Jackson Community Library which will give you up-to-date activities and events. 

The library, located in Grant Community Center is open Tuesday and Saturday 10 am – 12 pm, Thursday 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm .  Hours change periodically, please check the schedule at the library door.
